To be eligible to appear for this exam, a candidate must have scored a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (10+2), or an equivalent

Oberoi Center for Learning and Development

The Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development initiated the unique Systematic Training and Education Programme (STEP) in 2004. This three-year programme, provides class XII pass outs the opportunity of acquiring specific and specialized training and knowledge in The Oberoi Group’s hotels while pursuing a Bachelor of Tourism Studies (BTS) degree from the Indira Gandhi National Open University. OCLD bear most expenses on behalf of the trainee including accommodation, the fee for the BTS Degree and in addition give a monthly stipend.
