Oberoi Center for Learning and Development
The Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development initiated the unique Systematic Training and Education Programme (STEP) in 2004. This three-year programme, provides class XII pass outs the opportunity of acquiring specific and specialized training and knowledge in The Oberoi Group’s hotels while pursuing a Bachelor of Tourism Studies (BTS) degree from the Indira Gandhi National Open University.
