GNDU GMET Syllabus

GNDU GMET 2019 question paper will be divided into four sections carrying 50 objective type questions each. Each question will carry one mark and there is no negative marking.

English Comprehension and Grammar section will test the candidate’s familiarity with English grammar, vocabulary and usage and ability to read and write English efficiently.

Numeric Ability questions will cover a wide range of mathematical concepts of high-school level.

Business Aptitude section will test contain questions of analytical and logical reasoning skills related to business and business situations. These questions test the ability of a student to analyze relationships and to make inferences about those relationships.

General Knowledge will test the student’s knowledge of current affairs, politics, history, economy, sports etc.

Syllabus of the Test = It will consist of the following 3 components;

General Knowledge (Covering components such as Indian Economy, Polity, History, Geography, Business, Sports, Religion, Literature, Music, Dance and General Science, etc.)

General English (Covering components such as vocabulary,
tenses, prepositions, grammar, punctuation, comprehension etc.)

Quantitative Aptitude (Covering components such as
Numbers, HCF & LCM, Decimal Fractions, Simplification, Square Roots & Cube Roots,
Averages, Problems on Numbers, Problems on Ages, Percentage, Profit & Loss, Ratio and
Proportion, Simple and Compound Interest, Clocks, Odd Man Out & Series, etc.)
